Our after‑sales technical team went to the Jiangxi project site for return visit, re‑inspection and hands‑on retraining of fuel‑powered hinge‑type sweepers. Batch equipment commissioning and verification were completed, and the on‑site service was confirmed by the project side.

The fuel‑powered hinge‑type sweepers for this project were delivered on‑site in May 2025, with the first‑round operation training completed in advance.

At the actual request of the project side, a three‑person group consisting of our after‑sales and technical staff arrived at the Jiangxi project site on September 13, 2025 to carry out post‑delivery support work.

The service group performed complete machine inspection and functional commissioning for each unit of the batch equipment, together with on‑site hands‑on retraining. Operation essentials were explained to site operators, and real‑world working conditions including narrow‑aisle traveling and sweeping operations were demonstrated. Video records of each commissioned unit were submitted to the project side. Full‑set on‑site footage and business communication records were kept throughout the service. Upon completion of all inspection and commissioning work, the project side signed to confirm this on‑site return‑visit service.

Equipment delivery is not the end of service. We adhere to full‑cycle technical support for projects, take initiative in on‑site return visits and inspections, and deliver solid technical backup to guarantee reliable and stable operation of field equipment.
